I am in LOVE with Christine's Ebook, It's 90% Diet, 101 Weight Loss Recipes! Not only is there literally 200 pages of amazing recipes, Christine gives the best advice on dining out, portion control, and social occasions based on food. She warns you on the dangers of mindless eating (something I CONSTANTLY do without even noticing or think it was bad at all)! The best part about this book is that Christine gives her readers statistics and actual scientific facts as to why our brains are tricked into thinking a food so unhealthy for is thought to taste so good and tips on what we can do to get back on track as an individual and even society as a whole. This book will change the way you look at your food and completely change your life!!!

This book has been AMAZING with helping me get back to cooking healthy meals that are easy and delicious! My significant other has noticed a huge difference in the way he feels with just eating healthier lunches and dinners from this book! The first part of the book which talks about mindless eating and portion control helps you realize your guilty habits and adjust in the best possible way! I recommend this book to anyone who has lost their way in the kitchen when it comes to making meals or constantly eating out, this book will get you to where you want to be! I look forward to reading her other books as well!

Great book for finding alternatives to meals!

This book is AMAZING! When you are trying to cut back on processed foods that you are eating and retrain your brain on different food ideas, it is hard. This book helps me by giving me healthy alternatives to foods that I was eating before my weight loss journey. It has helped me when I have a craving for dessert or salty foods. I can just go into the book and find a replacement to get me through my cravings. It is so well written and easy to follow. Thank you for an amazing book! I have been following your plan and I am down 11lbs in 14 days!!
