Hands down the best book on Fish - Don't look elsewhere.

The best book ever written on determining quality, determining freshness, purchasing, selecting, keeping, preparing, filleting, cooking and serving fish. He is not afraid to tackle the more uncommon fish, too.
Hands down - Don't look elsewhere. I have many books in fish and this is the bible. High Quality. Well edited.
If you like fish, a bit ........and want to know more, get this book. It will change your eating habits forever.
Can be used by experienced professional chefs - as well as ordinary guys who cook, like me.
